
I remember my mom making this cake for a lot of potlucks that we went too and also for the 4th of July to be eaten with the homemade ice cream that my grandma or we would make. I always loved this cake but I haven't really had it since I went gluten free and decided to clean up my diet. My sister-in-law was telling me about it yesterday and sent me this great recipe so I thought you guys might miss this fudgy chocolatey cake as much as we do. (her husband is gf too) Try it out.
Cake: organic coconut milk, organic coconut oil, organic maple syrup, almond flour, baking soda, salt, organic potato starch, organic tapioca starch, organic coconut yogurt
Frosting: Miyokos organic vegan butter, organic powdered coconut sugar, organic cocoa, organic coconut milk, organic vanilla
