To warm up bbq chicken loaded sweet potato: place potato on a plate and warm up for 30 seconds. Add bbq chicken to the plate and cover with a paper towel. Warm up for an additional 30 seconds. Top sweet potato w/bbq chicken, lime crema, cabbage & bacon.

To warm up bbq chicken loaded sweet potato in the oven: preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place potato on a plate in an oven safe dish and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until warm. Add bbq chicken to the oven cover with a aluminum foil. Heat up for 5 minutes or until warm. Top sweet potato w/bbq chicken, lime crema, cabbage & bacon.
