These crepes are something my French dreams are made of. Sweet ricotta made with cashews, lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla, topped with berries that have been cooked with orange juice and zest, a splash of triple sec and maple syrup. We have remade these crepes to be delectable and non illness causing. So enjoy them without worry.
