The basic personal chef package includes a free consultation about your diet and health goal. A custom menu plan for 16 meals. We will send you a list of 5 options to choose from that meet your diet and health goals and you will choose 4 of them. We will make 4 meals of 4 of the options to equal 16. Each meal will be individually packaged in a recyclable container and can be frozen and pulled out the night before you want to eat it.
